The following terms of service apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Auditeq and the client.
All potential clients must submit a project assessment request. The request helps us determine the scope, resources, and time needed to address the client's needs.
Each project will be quoted by email with a contract outlining scope of work, deliverables, rates, and schedule including start and end dates. Each contract will be be signed by the client and returned to Auditeq with down payment. Changes in work scope will be quoted approved by the client before any new work is performed.
Once the project assessment is completed and a quotation provided, work will begin upon receipt of 30% down payment. Payment can be accepted by check, Paypal, or credit card. The project will be scheduled when down payment clears. The down payment is non-refundable unless the project is cancelled by Auditeq prior to starting work. Any expenses incurred on the client's behalf will be deducted from the down payment and the balance refunded. Billing will be performed at rates and milestones outlined in the contract. Failure to pay on time will result in the project being suspended or project delivereables witheld until the account is up to date.
Projects are completed as per timelines outlined in the contract.Deadlines should be clearly outlined in the project assessment. Expedited or rush timelines will be billed at 50% premium.
All project deliverables including quotations, reports, proposals, etc. are considered confidential between Auditeq and the client. The contents of deliverables may not be shared with anyone, with the exception of regulatory or law enforcement agencies, without written permission of Auditeq. The client agrees to grant Auditeq personnel the authority to work on its behalf at its client or supplier facilities. The client agrees to allow Auditeq to use a summary of their project, at Auditeq's discretion, for website / marketing purposes. Any direct testimonials will be approved by the client.
If travel is requested or required for the project:
Upon acceptance of a quote and issuing down payment, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
